CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, and we understand. To honor all clients’ appointments, Hive Studio charges a 30% fee for cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Please note: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once paid, the deposit is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled, no-showed, or rescheduled outside of the allowed window. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hive Studio at 402.804.3555 as soon as possible to reschedule.
