CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, and we understand. To honor all clients’ appointments, Hive Studio charges a 30% fee for cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Deposit Policy: A session is not reserved until the required deposit has been received. Deposits are due the same day your session is booked. If a deposit is not received by the stated deadline, Hive Studio reserves the right to cancel the session and offer the availability to a client on our waitlist. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once paid, a deposit will be forfeited if the session is canceled, if you do not attend your scheduled session, or if you reschedule outside of the permitted rescheduling window. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hive Studio at 402.804.3555 as soon as possible to reschedule.
